Can I use my insurance to pay for services?

To provide the best range of care for clients, Renewed and Empowered does not accept insurance. You may request a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for counseling services. Not all out-of-network sessions are covered as it depends on the session duration, modality and the scope of your insurance coverage. Private case management is not covered by insurance.

What are the prices for each service?

Initial 15 minute phone consultation: free (opportunity to get to know each other before scheduling initial service)

Initial counseling evaluation: $225

Individual 45 minute counseling session: $175

Private case management: $225/hr

Clinical supervision: $75/hr

CEU course: listed on registration form

Are services in person or virtual?

Currently, all services are conducted virtually. In general, sessions are conducted via HIPAA compliant video meeting platform / video call. Occasionally, sessions are conducted via telephone call.

Can I still receive services if I am traveling?

You must be physically located in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma at the time of service. I am licensed only in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
